For Corp-Corp contracts, how do I get paid?

We can represent you as your contracting company in Corp-Corp work situations. Payments from clients are received on your behalf, reflecting in your account balance. You can then initiate payments (minus our fees) for yourself, your sub-contractors, or any 3rd party companies you collaborate with.

In which countries do you operate?

We work with contractors in USA and clients in US and Canada. Our contractors can initiate payments to most countries across the globe.

How much does the service cost?

We work on a commission based model and the fee varies based on the type of service used. After an initial conversation with a customer account manager, a cost is determined.

Do you file H1Bs or work permits?

We currently do not help with work permits or authorizations.

Do you issue 1099 for US payments?

We do not issue a 1099 for payments received.  If you or your sub-contractor gets paid in USA, we issue a form 1099.

If I pay my sub-contractors overseas, will they pay taxes?

Sub-contractors receiving payments overseas may have to file taxes according to their local tax laws.
